It's not laziness. The system is broken.

The last thing I want to give is vague advice or pressure to push through.

But, knowing how we wake up and fall asleep matters.

It’s how and when we can best prepare to face challenges head-on, redirect energy, and build the capacity to recover and adapt.

Just after waking and just before sleep, the mind is in a highly suggestible state, moving through theta brain waves, where thoughts, emotions, and beliefs can be more easily shaped.

Theta waves are used for deep meditation, hypnosis, and memory strengthening.

In this state the mind is highly open to suggestions, emotional imprinting, and subconscious integration—free from the usual resistance of active thought!

What helps isn’t more willpower.
It’s systems that hold you when everything feels like too much.
