- A short grounding practice at the start to meet your system where it’s at
- Gentle but clear structure: we'll move through a 3-part arc:
- Regulate — drop into safety and connection
- Reveal — name what’s real beneath the overwhelm
- Rewire — shift one subtle internal pattern with a custom practice, insight, or nervous-system-based tool
- No pressure to “do it right” — this is still a space to be exactly where you are
- You’ll leave with that’s aligned with your body and reality
